A. Data you provide directly:

• Account data: full name, company name, email, phone/WhatsApp, business type, job title, website URL
• Social media: WhatsApp Business number, Instagram handle, Facebook page URL, TikTok handle, Telegram username, YouTube channel — submitted voluntarily during onboarding
• Payment: subscription plan selected; card details processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — Izysco never stores card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials
• Communications: support tickets, feedback, and enquiries sent via email, WhatsApp, or in-app chat
• Business content: products, pricing, FAQs you upload to train your AI — this data belongs entirely to you

B. Data collected automatically:

• Device type, OS, browser version, screen resolution
• IP address and approximate geolocation (country/city level only — not precise location)
• Pages visited, time on site, and feature interaction events
• Session cookies and authentication tokens (see Cookie Policy)

• Setting up, configuring, training, and operating your AI Employee subscription
• Account management: verifying identity, managing subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations
• Customer communications: support, onboarding guides, service announcements, security alerts
• Billing: processing subscription fees and issuing receipts via our payment partners
• Platform improvement: using anonymised, aggregated usage statistics — your personal/business data is never used to train shared AI models
• Legal compliance: fulfilling obligations under PDPA 2010, UK Data Protection Act 2018, and responding to lawful government requests
• Fraud prevention: detecting and preventing unauthorised access, fraud, and security incidents
• Marketing (optional): only if you explicitly opted in; withdraw consent at any time

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetise your data. Sharing is limited to:

• Stripe and iPay88 (payment processing — billing only, under strict DPAs)
• Cloud infrastructure providers hosting data on Malaysian servers (MY customers) and UK servers (UK customers)
• AI API providers under strict data processing agreements — your business data is never used for shared AI training
• Anonymised analytics tools — no personal identifiers
• Legal/regulatory authorities — only when legally compelled, to the minimum extent required

Under Malaysian PDPA 2010: Access your data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw marketing consent, and be informed about data use.

Additional rights for UK users (UK GDPR): Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to complain to the UK ICO.

We implement 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, 24/7 security monitoring, regular penetration testing, and a formal breach response plan (affected users notified within 72 hours). Data retained for active period + 24 months maximum, then securely deleted. Payment records retained 7 years per tax law.

By clicking "Register", "Proceed to Payment", or using the Service, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

• Automate customer messaging across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Email — 24/7/365
• Handle AI-powered appointment booking, rescheduling, and calendar sync
• Capture, qualify, and nurture leads through intelligent conversational flows
• Deploy a custom AI knowledge base trained on your specific business content
• Access real-time analytics, conversation logs, and lead reports via dashboard

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your business
• All registration information must be accurate, current, and complete
• You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@izysco.com

• Monthly Plan: RM 497.00/month — billed monthly in advance
• Annual Plan: RM 3,479.00/year — billed annually (~30% saving, equivalent to ~RM 290/month)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 calendar days before renewal
• Failed payments trigger a 3-day grace period; persistent failure may suspend service
• Price changes communicated with minimum 30 days' advance notice
• Payment accepted via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and iPay88

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or violate WhatsApp Business / Meta platform terms
• Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities
• Transmit malware, viruses, or disruptive code
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of third parties
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform without written consent

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Unplanned outages exceeding 4 continuous hours qualify for proportional service credits on the next invoice. Credits are the sole remedy for unavailability.

All platform software, AI algorithms, UI designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Izysco Sdn. Bhd. Your business content remains yours. You grant Izysco a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the Service.

Izysco's total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

• By you: Cancel via account dashboard or by contacting support. Access continues until end of paid period
• By Izysco: We may suspend accounts in material breach of these Terms immediately
• After termination: Data retained up to 90 days (data export available on request), then permanently deleted

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. UK-based customers may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Izysco operates a strict no-refund policy on all subscription plans and services. Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances including:

• Change of mind or business direction after payment
• Partial use of the subscription period (mid-month or mid-year cancellation)
• Failure to use or activate the service after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with AI response quality during the subscription period
• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, etc.)
• Account suspension resulting from violations of our Terms of Service

Our AI Employee platform involves substantial setup, onboarding, infrastructure, and AI training costs incurred immediately upon registration. Resources invested to configure your AI — knowledge base training, platform integration, and dedicated technical support — are non-recoverable once work commences.

• Free Full Setup: Our team personally assists with complete AI configuration at no additional cost
• Unlimited Optimisation: We retrain and reconfigure your AI based on your feedback, as many times as needed
• Free Consultation: 1-on-1 sessions with our AI specialists to improve performance
• Subscription Pause: One-time pause of up to 30 days in exceptional circumstances
• Plan Adjustment: Request a plan change at the next renewal cycle

Cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does NOT entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period. Service access continues until the end of the paid period.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@izysco.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors within 10 business days. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website, allowing it to remember your login status, preferences, and settings. Cookies cannot carry viruses or access your files.

• Strictly Necessary: Essential for core functionality — session authentication, security tokens, load balancing. Cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
• Functional: Remember your preferences such as language, theme, and form data to improve your experience.
• Analytics: Anonymised, aggregated data about site usage — used only to improve the platform, never shared with ad networks.
• Performance: Monitor site speed and error rates to help us optimise the platform.
